A small group is running the full interview and telling us where it breaks. Every one of them gets read personally — and that stops being true past a certain number.
If you were invited, sign in with the exact email the invite went to. If you weren't, there's genuinely nothing to sign up for yet — we'd rather say that than park you on a list we won't work through.
This is a beta, and it will show. You're using a working product, not a polished one. If something breaks, that's the thing we most want to know.
Plan for up to 45 minutes. This is an intake interview, and its whole job is to understand you deeply enough to make recommendations worth acting on. Vera, the AI coach, follows your story rather than a script, and the depth is yours to set. You can pause anytime — your answers are saved after every message. Afterwards you can keep going deeper with her, and keep adding to what she knows about you.
Then the research runs for another 20–30 minutes. That's where the market work actually happens — live company boards, real openings. There's no version of this that takes thirty seconds and is still worth reading. Leave the tab open or close it; it finishes either way.
Your feedback is the product right now. Anything that felt wrong, slow, generic or invasive — say so. We'd rather hear it than have you be polite about it.
